Adullam Collective

This is an interactive and psychologically-culturally-spiritually stimulating community for men of the African diaspora. This collective is meant to serve as a conduit for greater levels of self-actualization and authentic living that will promote and increase relational satisfaction, internal-spiritual health, and creativity.   Additionally, this collective will be a safe space for these men to deconstruct variables that impede deep emotionally invested relationships; and build mutually beneficial and emotionally close networks with other men.

As such, the Adullam Collective offers the following specific services to men of the African diaspora:

  1. Collective Support & Accountability: There is a proverb that’s states, “oh how good and pleasant it is for the brethren to dwell together in unity.” Often we are bombarded with negative images of black men who are ragefully disconnected from their fellow brother. This collective seeks to destroy that stereotype and enact a new relational reality----brother helping brother get to the next level. We need each other. We are not stronger than our collective strength. And we grow individually though interaction with the other. Take advantage of likeminded men who are either where you need to go or where you wish to be. This collective is committed to putting you into consistent conversation and fellowship with other men.

  1. Coaching: Allow a holistically trained applied psychologist assist you in making sense of those areas in your life that have left you baffled and disoriented. With one-on-one attention, Dr. Gadsden will serve as both our coach and confidant as you pragmatically begin to address those areas in your life you wish to see movement within. He will assist you to walk out your visions, your dreams, and goals in practical and structured ways; utilizing strategies that are relevant for men of color.
